Do not open an account with tyme bank, service is shocking!!

I have been begging GoTyme bank( Tymebank) to correct my residential address. I need my bank statement to apply for new property and they made an error which they refuse to correct with my residential address. They make you wait on a very long ticket system which has no proper structure and then finally terminate the conversation after keeping one waiting for over 30 minutes. This has been going on for more than a week. I was requested to submit proof of residence which I did and still received no assistance. Do not open an account with this bank, they have no business ethics at all. No wonder people don't take the bank serious enough. I will be closing my account Today!
