Do not go near to Tyme Bank

I just received a response from the ***** department about my ***** case, for monies that was taken from my account. They are telling me in a very nice way that i withdraw the money and they refuse to give my money back. The more i am explaining to them that i was in a different area the more they are telling me its my card and pin that was used. But the first time i called they told me that it could have been my card that was cloned. But now they say my card was not clone. There is no way to see where the card was clone as i work in a bank before. Tyme bank is just trying to cover their backsides and being nothing but *****. If anyone is wanting to put their salary with them or open an account with this so called bank, i advised not to. I will not be leaving it so. R4000 is alot of money to be lost and to be left so.

I have done so, i cant believe a bank that i entrusted my money, treats their customers like this. I will be taking this matter to all social media platforms including the news media as well. As i am not the only person that this has happen, i was R4000, but a family member of my lost R10000 and my colleague was a R15000 and the same excuse was given, their card and pin was used and tyme bank also said they will not give their monies back. Seems like this is a normality for tyme bank. Rest assured, i will not stop till my money is returned. I will put this reply on the site as well. This is no threat. This is a frustrating customer fighting for what is write. If this must go to court as well. I am happy to do that also and i will never recommend this bank to anyone. All faith has been lost.
