Do not buy water and electricity from TymeBank App they are cheating the masses

I bought electricity two weeks ago and reported on Monday the 31st October. I was issued with CASE ID G-204188 and told the issue will be resolved in 24 hours. Yesterday the case was closed without receiving any refund, today I called and spoke to the guy by the name of Khutso, a very rude fellow who refused to tell me his surname and cited POPI act. He was unable to assist and also not willing to transfer my call to his manager
