DO NOT BANK WITH TYMEBANK

Honestly if i could give a minus zero star rating that would be the most fitting. Appalling and repulsive customer service. I don’t know if you employ *********** people or just dumb people. I have been calling Tymebank the past two weeks if I don’t get the phone dropped on m I get the run around about getting my case directed to the relevant department that doesn’t deal directly with customers. All that being told in a dismissive manner. No empathy for the inconvenience caused whatsoever. Ok be closing my account down
