My TymeBank account has been blocked since April 2021 after money was transferred into my account **********ly. After multiple emails I sent and phone calls I made to get the problem fixed, the money was only reversed in November but my account is still blocked to this day! I have called multiple times and have been promised that an investigator called CAROLINE would unblock my account but I’ve gotten no help. TymeBank customer service is the worst customer service of any company you can ever think of. You will never get any help. I highly recommend NOT banking with them. I have +R20 000 of my savings in that account and I can’t even access it because of their poor customer service! It’s been a year now and the bank is just quiet!
