DO NOT BANK WITH TYMEBANK

How is this company not closed down yet, with all this bad reviews. It seems that 99.9% of Tymebank customers are NOT happy with Tymebank. I have a Tymebank Credit Card (worst mistake ever). I was unable to pay account due to unemployment, I was handed over to attorneys, what a relief in a sense, because I thought I don't have to deal with Tymebank because their call centre is clearly not working, will keep you on hold forever and no-one can provide you any answers. I want to pay but neither Tymebank or the Attoneys can provide me clarity to what amount I must pay I received a sms to pay just over a R1 000, I was then informed by the attorneys that I owed arrears of just over R3 000. I just emailed yet again to ask my settlement amount to just found out it is over R11 000 this all happend in a matter of 2 month. Why can't any of the parties provide me with answers as to what and who I should pay. Tymebank better resolve this matter ASAP as the account was opend by them they have to provide me as a customer some answers
