Do not bank with this useless bank....

Tymebank is just the worst bank ever.... from opening the account I struggled their system @ the kiosk was always offline and I could not get my bank card... with all the traveling to numerous kiosks was a complete nightmare even their agents @ kiosk are not friendly at all.... yet again I called the call center to get my bank statement and since today I have not received it.... like what the heck does this bank do right?? I can’t even get my own bank statement I keep on getting ref numbers that my statement was requested but nothing is coming through... one of the consultants said they automatically send statements on the 7th of each month and i haven’t received anything to date .... I’m so furious and I’m closing this stupid account... it’s just useless n ridiculous. Would not recommend this bank to anyone complete waste of time .
