Do not bank with them!!!!! I repeat, don't do it

Hi, Reader please be warned!!!! this bank is far from what you could ever imagine a bank could do. I registered a business account and got an order of which the funds were transferred in the business account. The account was instantly blocked. apparently, they need to verify the transaction. called them and logged cases and got ref numbers (DCI-113096 & DCI-113125). The response is I must wait for 24 to 48 hours, this means I must be out of business until they sort out their trust issues. For a business account to be locked for 3 days??? if you are thinking of joining them, I advise you to RUN!!!!!! Ohh yeah, I also wasted my money traveling to PNP Orange Grove and Norwood mall, no one was there and I was told to come back tomorrow. clearly for a bank without branches customers are not valued, so long as they have your money locked in they are good.
