do no switch your salary to tyme bank

I tried to open an account online and when i got to pic n pay i was advices to call the call centre because my account was on hold which i did and recieved a sms that it has been resolved and then again today its locked and still cant get my bank card to think wanted to move my salary to tyme bank with such horrific service. i was told Zanele will call me to resolve the issue and she did not, i requested the acc to be cancelled and all my information be deleted from tyme bank system a consultant said she will transfer me to cancell but instead hung up Please cancell that acc and delete what ever information you have about me on your system
