Dissatisfied with service

Extremely frustrated and disappointed with this bank. I transferred money from my tymebank account to Capitec account on Tuesday 16th till today the money has not reflected. Contacted their useless costumer care and was told i will receive feedback the next day of which i didn't. Contacted them again on Saturday was told feedback will be given by yesterday 22nd. Again today im being told feedback after 5 days. Im so disheartened as I need to use my money and no one bothers to tell me what's going on and where my money is. Such useless service I cant wait to take all my money out and close that account
