DISSATISFIED

Someone opened an account in my name. *****ulent activities went thriugh that account. This caused that my account at Capitec is blocked. I am just an ordanary person an cannot understand this. U never had an shall never have a Thymebank account. U heard to many times of accounts thats being hacked. Hiw can you resolve my problem as the fault is on Thymebank side. I wonder who did the Fica and screening of this. NOT SATTISFIED. Already reported to the Ombud. I shall never recomend this bank.
