Dissatisfied and disappointed tyme bank customer

I've never so naive in banking with tyme bank but today I've a good reason not to bank with tyme bank especially since my sister lost R8000 how does tyme bank let their employees access bank accounts and use to their own advantage... Like i have no words especially because now she was told wait for investigations
