Dissappointed about Tyme bank

So disappointed about tyme bank,ive submitted all my late niece documents,now tyme bank instead of transferring the money into my bank account they are now telling me to open the late state bank account.I went to different banks and they are telling me there is no need to open that account.They can use my personal account cause the money left on my late niece account is R4900.How can they request me to open it,cause is not like my niece left R100 000 in the account I have explained it to one of Tyme Bank consultant and said i must submit my personal confirmation account.I send it to them and now they are refusing to pay.Can someone please intervene in this matter cause i want to heal.I am stil mourning the death of my niece.How can i heal while tyme bank is playing games with me.
