DISSAPOINTING SERVICE FROM TYME BANK

Good Day

I have Monies saved in a Goal Save Account that i would like to transfer to my daily account this message i get a message saying awaiting payment for the past couple of days .Why should this be awaiting payment this should be paid automatically from my Goal save into my daily account ..this is my savings why is their awaiting payment .I called ***/ *** wasted 60 Rand airtime and still no assiatnce ..the agents i spoke to was of no help .

i sent an e-mail to *** week monday and tuesday to date now reply ..service is Rotten ..

Please may i as if i manger would be so kind to call me with regrads to the issues at hand as i need the monies to be tranfered urgently ..

i am really disappointed with the Level of service.

I Would Appreciate it if somebody from Tyme bank can call me. with regards to this
