Disputed transaction

So i bought 5 rand artime and this usd of time bank bought 1000 rands extra airtime by mistake of this tyme bank being offline line .when i call their client care they are not willing to assiist and told me they dont sell airtime its not in their power to reverse that transaction and i now i regret switching bank i should have stayed at capitec this thing could havr been sorted easly if it was a different bank and i called immediately after the transaction was done .but the service i got on the line was bad they don't even try to help you. Tymebank i thought they make peoples lives but they prove to complicate life for customers im really sad about their service why do they have an artime option on their usd code if they cant assist woth ots queries now im really stuxk cant pay my dues becuase tyme bank cant solve client issues
