Dispute not resolved within their 7 GFD-days time frame.

I called Tymebank ***** department,I used my cellphone ,I had to hold for 20 minutes without assistance. I won't recommend my fellow South Africans to use that bank.

My dispute is taking them more than 3 months,and I was promised that the matter will be resolved in 7 days.
