I have a dispute going on for more than a month where a lot of money got taken out of my account, nobody has gotten in touch , I've been calling and sending through emails but nothing , what makes it worse is they don't have a branch which I think that's why they get away with all these bad services, I really need that money or find out what happened to it , up till now , nobody has gotten back to me about the R2270.82 , this dispute was raised on the 30th October 2024 , I have only received a sms confirming the dispute was in place and letting me know its being worked on , it's been more than 21 days
