Disgusting Service from Tyme Bank!!!

Another Broken Promise by Tyme Bank, yesterday I spoke to Siyabonga who promised to send me the Rejection Letter that I can take to the Ombudsman but he did not send it. His colleague Goakantswe promised that I will have the Letter by 12:00 yesterday even if she drafts it herself but still nothing! 1. They declined to refund me my money on a failure from their side! 2. They refused me to complain to the Manager! 3. They don't want to send me the Rejection Letter so I can appeal to the Ombudsman!

How many Violations is this now from Tyme Bank? They Violated the TCF ACT by not treating me fairly. They Violated the CPA by not allowing me to complain and escalating my complaint.

This is getting very ugly!

I am documenting all my interactions and I will present all this to the Ombudsman!
