Disgusting Service Ever

Thee most messed up service ever experienced. Like most new customers to the bank I was attracted by their service offering that “your salary will be paid a day early” which other banks didn’t offer thus the change to them.However they fail to mention that not only will you need to call them EVERY SINGLE MONTH FOR YOU TO GET YOYR OWN MONEY, SPEND AT THE CRRY MINIMUM 1hr AND A HALF HOLDING ON THE LINE TO GET YOUR OWN FUNDS TO RELEASED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT as per their product promise statement! A team leader by the name of Lerato had me on hold from around in circles from 11am on the 24/01/2023 13:00pm. With no remorse she after the long hold she returns to the call to advise the payment team told her nothing could be done to assist me. They will lie to you saying the money hasn’t been paid by your employer as yet thus can’t get your funds but guess what i work for HR at my company and the funds were paid on the 23rd already!! Yet I’m out here being subjected to the lies and empty promises of this bank. As if the fact that it’s mission impossible to ever find a working POS around since they don’t have a physical branch that one can visit 🤮🤮🤮
