Disgusting service

spoke to consultant and she advised about the limits but when I asked that the amount that was coming in will it be ok she agreed rhat it would. I then got a sms stating that the deposit was over my limit . I spoke to numerous agents and then got told that the money is a suspense account and I have tk wait 48hrs and still nothing g was received by the sender. The service is horrible such a amateur organization would nit recommend anyone doing business with them
