Disgusting service

Phoned today the 27 February 2021 @ 9:32am and spoke with Mzwandile and Tshidi @ 12:40 regarding why my money has not reflected into my account the answers I received was they having technical difficulties, was told I will be notified via email or sms and I am still waiting when asked since when they having this problem I was told this morning I advised that money was put into my account a days ago and it hasn't reflected, asked who will cover my unpaid fees and was told they can't answer that question, went direct to pick n pay and stil no help,I will not recommend anyone to use TymeBank.
