Disgusting service

So yet again tymebank call center has no effing clue on process or customer service. Transfer a total of 4 times , with no solution had to explain myself over and over again. I lost my credit card and called in last Tuesday/Wednesday to request a replacement card, said that it takes 5-7 business days , said I'd be contacted by the courier company...called in to find out the status of my query...because I haven't received any feedback since. And yet no one knows how to help with a simple query like this . Disgusting service.
