Disgusted loyal client

Tymebank bank shouldn't even be called a bank. I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years now.My account has been placed on a debit hold due to a supplier paying me into my account however the supplier received a payment from a customer that account is blocked now because of this 3 people's accounts are blocked and all that time bank can tell me is get a affivated and it will take 5 to 7 working day really I mean the only money I have is in this blocked account how do I go to the police station and then wait. I am so disappointed with tymebank
