Disgrace banking service

I have been a tymebank client for pass 2 months. I'm trading on binance exchange usdts and client whom buy usdts from e must pay funds in my tymebank account and send me proof of payment pdf formate as proof my tymebank account has been place on hold. I have phone a spoke to an agents suppling her with all information of what I'm doing still my account has a hold, last time I checked I'm your client I am not committing ***** I have supply you with all payments of funds I explain what it is I do but no commination from tymebank, I'm so irritated because my stuff is standing still and I'm losing clients due to a bank that don't provide me with service and protect me after being open and honest it is a total disgrace your treatment, and why of getting back to you clients it leaves me speechless not one call to tell me the devolopment of things, totally disgraceful service I will not recommend tymebank to anyone at All.
