Disappointed in Tymebank

I cannot believe a banking institution discredit their client's credit record and running of an account by debiting numerous times on THE WRONG DATES and also for varied amounts for repayments of a Tymebank loan. When one applies, we specifically state the DATE OF OUR FUNDS AVAILABILITY and Tymebank continue to ignore that they are marking my clear credit record with dirt to return debits and dismissing continuous complaints about it. Also debichecks are not debit order mandates so why must I always be charged for the return debit as well as having the attempt go through on the wrong date. Distasteful professional work ethic
