Disappointed

Very disappointed,when i have to go from one province to another wokeup to an account on hold#debit hold,i think we deserve better as customers now my plans are on hold as my account cant do any transactions.im out of words i thought running from other banks to this one i will be at relaxed but guess i came to my worst nightmare.
