Disappointed customer

TymeBank has responded after my review however they have proven to be an unreliable bank. When their system fails they will blame it on the customer and reimburse whatever amount they think they lost due to their mulfunctioning system. How can we trust a bank with systems that makes errors pertaining money. I requested they cancell my account they said they can't untill I pay back the money which their admit it was their error.
