Disappointed

I write this with a heavy heart, I called tymebank a week ago disappointed that again they've taken my account on hold, but yet it receives money that you won't be able to withdraw, ok now here is the danger of using tymebank and I would never use it again I called them and they called me saying I should send them the affidavit then call them, I did that then called spoke with okuhle the agent giving me all sorts of attitude. I told they said I must send the affidavit and call because that money was due on the 4th for school fees, and she said and? Ok, she further said I should call ermelo police station when I call they said I should talk to my cousin, who sent me the money, and unfortunately, she was involved in a fatal accident and she's in hospital she can't speak so in the meantime tymebank hold the school fee and the child will be expelled from school while they are writing exams?? I yes tymebank
