disappeared money from payshap

why did my money disappear?

I used payshap on tymebank to send money to my other account with another bank, it is supposed to be immediate its been 3 days and I still havent received my own money. It's my money not charges owed to yo sort this out this is unacceptable I want my money now, I Spoke to them yesterday and they say they will resolve this by 25th october. How when its my money and you and payshap messed up
