Didn’t get my refund

I returned an item from the store to get a refund ( R1699 ) on the 26/11/2023 and used my Tyme Bank credit card as they advised me to use a credit card cause it only takes a day or two to get the refund. But unfortunately till today 13/12/2023 I haven’t yet received my refund. I phoned Tyme bank, they said I must email a proof of the receipt that it’s been refunded. I did so and no one called me as they’ve promised to call me back. I want my money back.
