Depute debit order

A debit order of R199.00 went off my account without my athurition I disputed that debit order with tymebank since I have no knowledge of it,it took tymebank over a month to tell me that my dispute has been declined with no reason my concern is that they are no security measures regarding our accounts ,so people can tap into our accounts and take money as they please!!!!! And tymebank won't do anything about it!!!!!
