Depression bank(TymeBank)

Yesterday the 10th of August 2024 at about 10am I sent money from my TymeBank account to my absa card of which I did am immediate payment, I wanted to pour petrol at the garage the petrol amount was R1200 , I was on my way to KZN , guess what happened my TymeBank card declined 3 times it had around R4000 in it , I couldn’t get help from the call centre they were not answering their calls this bank will get you depressed do ever open a TymeBank account I reported it 3 times in one month here on hello peter all the say is is to say we are sorry for any inconvenience caused, i phoned the bank because i was in the middle of nowhere at midnight i was supposed to check in at Ballito I couldn’t their call centre agent just said to me I am sorry I can’t help you I way crying I am typing this it’s 01:45 in the morning what if I get roped and ****d? I can’t access my money even now….what a horrible experience the bank gave , even the cashier at Pick ‘n Pay said Tyme bank is a problem when I asked yesterday,no bank in South Africa has given me a problem but Tyme bank , I just need to close the account that all .
