Delete my Payshap Id

I closed my account with tymebank and ask for them to delete my shap Id the lady said she can't but I cannot do it because I don't get the shap management in my app.Please cancell my shap Id I want to use it on my Nedbank account Johannes Adam Steyn *** *** *** ID CL 12457
