Delayed payment

As a R350 grant recipient I have to waits so long for the grant to be approved and allocated a pay date. Last month it took 2 days for the money reflect in my account and now I'm waiting for this month's payment it was supposed to reflect on the 21st. Why do they promise that the money will reflect a day before if that's untrue. I'm so heartbroken. If I could change a bank I would.
