The nerve and audacity you have to respond to Hope Mahlangu's case and not the rest of us.Its been 4 weeks since I opened a case GFD-25997 that reverted to you sending a no liabilty letter that had no detail of your investigation.Is it that the amount ****** from my account under your watch isnt even a fraction of what the bank has?I was promised a full investigation after my twitter outburst guess that was a tactic to shut me up and stop making noise.Let me promise you this you will do right by me enough is enough of you not taking responsibility of not taking care of your clients .You are a useless bank if that thing you run can even be called that.Shame on you !!!!
