De*****ing Bank

Last week Monday I received an SMS which looked like a cash send voucher. An hour later I opened the SMS. However, after I have opened it my Identity number was already captured and because I was from the hospital I cannot clearly remember if my pin was already captured or not. Few minutes later I received another SMS indicating that a purchase of R1000 airtime was bought using my account details. When I logged on to the app, the I realised that another transaction if R5000 was withdrawn using a tymecode......I immediately called the bank and I was told that a ***** case is opened and someone will call me back within 7 working days. Indeed on the 4th a lady called Caroline called me only to tell me that my money cannot be refunded because I cannot confirm if I inserted my password or not and she advised that I can either open a ***** case with SAPS or contact the bank ombudsman. If tymebank system was secure enough, no normal hacker would be able to ***** my money from the savegoal account, now I have to beg and plead with them to return my hard earned money.... I just had a major life threatening operation, I need to use the money to cover my medical costs and the bank I trusted with my money is telling me that they will not return what they stole from me. I have read the reviews in this bank and I'm not surprised to see so many people who went through the same ordeal as me just in the month of May. The stakeholders and the owners of thus bank needs to stop de*****ing the people and do right by their hard earned interest. I just want my money back and I will leave tymebank alone!!!!!
