De*****ed R8000 from my acc while sitting at home

This is the worst bank ever today on 29.07.2021 at 14:15 I received an sms that a 3rd party would like to run a debit order from my acc but I was puzzled coz I only have 1 debit order running from this Acc. At 15:29 I started receiving sms that 3 transactions have been made from acc to buy airtime for cell numbers I dont know I the called the tyme bank and I spoke 3 people Portia,Mbali and Phakamile and all 3 told me that an additional R5000 was also deducted which I never received a notification for. Im really dissapointed in this bank how can R8000 be taken out of my account . I was told that someone from the ***** department will call me its been hour and I am still waiting. All I am saying is that I want all my money i dont wish to bank with them anymore . I have my card with me how can someone withdraw money from my acc when my limit is not even R5000
