Decreased interest without withrawals

I've sent 2 FB messenger queries asking about interest. I've not had a response. The interest accrued has increased steadily from April 2020, peaking in July. Since then interest has decreased even after a R1000 deposit on 2 October, when it was at its LOWEST. It seems like mission impossible to get an explanation for how the bank is dealing with my money.
