debits without OTP's

I used to love this bank,recruiting all my family members to it. Little did I know!! Rain debited twice on my account without any agreement with me, I called your number qnd your agent tells me I can not reverse it because "I once made a purchase with rain giving them my account details" so that means Rain can debit how ever they want on my account because I have a "HISTORY" with them. There were no notifications of this transactions,no OTP as usual amd you tell me to get a proof of refund from rain as if a theive would ever return your goods!!definitely closing your account
