Debited twice

Hi im very dissapointed in tymebank once again ive paid my debit order via eft before my debit order due date now they did debit again and there was unsufficient funds in my account and now my credit available is showing a minus...its no use calling or emailing them cause no one ever picks up or respond to your emails
