Debit order dispute

I bank with Tyme bank and was always happy with the service, but about a month ago I called them to request a reversal on my account, because I cancelled my Rain contract and they kept debiting my account, but because both the companies fall under the same umbrella, I was told I cant reverse the debits that has been taken from my account with in a couple of days of each other. I has to be investigated first I send them emails and i was promised to be contacted on the 14 March and still have received any feedback from them.
