Debit order

What should I do to get help for reversal of debitsfrom rain SIM,I called Tyme bank immediately after the debit it was on the 27th December 2023,and I got an email from Tyme bank to send a proof of cancellation of my SIM,I did that, and rain just said I must delete my SIM,I sent them an email to delete my SIM,and sent it to Tyme bank,on the 2nd January 2024 I called Tyme bank to check,because the money has not been reversed,and rain doesn't have the money,what should I do,hence Tyme bank ask for proo,f,from, rain,don't respond,and, the money they dont have the money,How can I get help for this reversal
