Debit order

Their services is poor, I have been struggling with a debit order that I can't even cancel I was ****med by this other company n I call tyme bank to help me immediately I noticed something was off and they told me to wait for that **** to try and Debit from my account so I'll be able to cancel it but it's a 2months now that and still I cancel n it's take my money
