Debit holdz

I have been banking with Tyme bank for 3 years now with no problems, I even recommended it to people . Until recently when I received such terrible experience with them , worse experience ever I went back to everyone who I had recommended the bank to to tell them to not Bank with TymeBank. I missed one debit payment and they put a debit hold on my account, I have money that’s way more than the debit amount on my account now and cannot do anything / any transaction. I have been calling Tyme bank for the past week & half without getting anywhere . The hold time time on the line is over 18 minutes and their line is not even till free by the time you reach a consultant the airtime is finished mind you you can’t even top up because the app has a debit hold . Even when you eventually get a consultant it’s either they don’t help or promise to resolve the issue but it’s never resolved . Terrible Terrible experience
