Debit hold. Unresolved
Hi, my bank account is on hold I have called them and was assured the hold would be lifted in 24hrs ..I then got 4 sms's the last one saying the issue has been resolved this was 10 days ago...but the account is still on hold . And my debit orders are declining.can someone please look into this matter .
