Debit Hold Issues

Thanks for the response may i request that you remove the debit hold off my account so that i can be able to acces my money am falling behind with my monthly payment and my other policies and insurance will be in errears because of non payment and that will also afect my credit score please consider that i need to pay the bills tymebank.

Tymebank am so frustrated regarding this debit hold issue because is not yet resolved and am missing payments for my other instullments and am also about to lose my job because i didnt go to work for 3 days due to no funds so i need to know who will be responsible for my accounts that are in errears since there was no payments because my tymebank account is on debit hold and i cannot access my money to make transactions or to pay my mothly bills, am so dissapointed at tymebank i trusted it but the experience i got now is taking me into debts unnessesary i have made calls and send emails regarding this but nothing is been done so please tymebank remove the debit hold on my account or else you will be responsible debts that are in errears due to this debit hold. here is the reference number i have received today i made 5 calls to tymebank using my airtime DCI-268080 and my contact number is ***
