Debit hold

My account has been on debit hold since the 7th of December I called them and they I should submit some documents of which I did but still nothing has changed I can't access my funds on the account of which I want to use to buy my daughter's uniform. I have been calling since yesterday also requesting calls but not I cannot reach them. Tymebank is this how you run your business.
