Debit Hold

Very disappointed in Tymebank they put in a Debit Hold of which I have no knowledge of and I have no Debit Orders so I'm trying to figure out why I'm on a hold , I've emailed them and called I got absolutely no assistance , Useless bank now I have to change my banking details because of this , I have money in my account but cannot access it , I'm definitely leaving them after this.
