Debit hold

Can you guys please lift my debit hold, it's been active on my account since mid January and I can't seem to find anything that helps me. My calls don't go through and the email I sent was rep**** with it will be resolved within 24 hours, despite it has been 3 days now that have passed. Please help, I have bills to pay
