Debit Hold
Tyme bank put my account on hold. Something called a debit hold.
A friend borrowed me 3k and another 1k 2 days later for my grandmothers funeral. I Delayed paying her back as arranged because i was still recovering from funeral expenses.
She used the same transactions that she sent me against me and claimed it was a *****ulent transaction. Whats dissapointing is that tymebank held my account without proper investigation and i realised when i was at the pharmacy trying to buy meds for my wife..

26 Aug 2025, 11:25I sent the necessary documents to tymebank and theres no progress. The unfortunate part is that my account is on hold for no reason...theres no communication from the bank and little consideration to their customers. Can anyone assist me with escalating this to the ombudsman.
